I’ve done all that but nothing has happened.
I’m trying to get at the contents of the external hard drive on which all my recovered data is stored.
It’s called WD Elements. When I click on it, it just says it’s OK. I’ve clicked on every available tab to no effect.
I’ve got Windows 10. I used to have Windows 7.
I was told all I had on the Windows 7 computer is now on the external hard drive, but I can’t find a way to access it.
I’ve done all the steps outlined above, and clicked on everything else I can think of.
    Can you help?
