Follow given below step by step guides to import chrome password to safari keychain.

Step 1:

Open google chrome browser and go to  ( chrome://flags/#password-import-export). Doing this you enable the abitily to import current chrome saved passwords.

Step 2:

Now go to Chrome > Settings > Password ( wait for same time if you’ve lots saved password it take some seconds to load).  Go to Saved Password > Export now save file somewhere.

Step 3:

Open a Terminal and enter this following command

cat <path_to_exported_csv_file> | awk -F ',' '{print $2","$3","$4}' > passwords-prepared.csv

Step 3:

Open Password-prepared.csv file , and you have to change its first line.

url,username,password

to

# Generated by Password Exporter; Export format 1.0.4; Encrypted: false

Basically these above steps will genrate chome saved password into the formate that suitable for Safari browser or any other browser like firefox.

Step 4:

Above step will generate saved password file, because Firefox removed the tool that could import password to other browser. So you’ve to install an extension named Password Exporter.

Step 5:

Now go to the Preferences -> Security -> Import/Export Passwords. Then import the file password-prepared.

We almost at the finishing line, now you’ve passwords from Google Chrome to Mozilla Firefox. In the last step we only need to import passwords to keychain or passwords file to safari web browser.

Step 6:

Open the Safari web browser, go to the File > Import From and Select Passwords.
